+ I feel healthy and have an annual physical, well child, or follow-up appointment

Annual physical exams may be scheduled at this time and there are now two convenient options for your annual exam:

Thorough in-person comprehensive physical exam plus screening, prevention, and lifestyle counseling An encounter through telehealth focused on screening, prevention, and lifestyle counseling Both options have value for your well-being.

With both prevention visits, we’ll review appropriate blood work, order screenings based on your age, refill medications when needed, and arrange appropriate immunizations at the time of your blood draw.

For your child’s routine wellness care, please contact us to see what special provisions are in place to provide needed vaccinations and screening tests for your child while reducing the risk of exposing your family to COVID-19.

+ I am not feeling well, and I may have symptoms of COVID-19

Please call ahead to switch your appointment to telehealth. You will also receive any special instructions you will need for your visit when calling. We recommend using our telehealth option, which is both convenient and safe. We also offer drive through and curbside testing when needed instead of coming into the office.

+ I am not feeling well, and I don’t have symptoms consistent with COVID-19

We recommend telehealth appointments whenever possible, and are fully equipped to provide care for many conditions. Please contact us to switch your appointment to telehealth.

If you need to be seen in-person, please know that we are putting all measures in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. Some of these measures include: having patients wait in their car or exam rooms when appropriate. Please always remember to use proper hand washing and sanitizing, as well as social distancing, for your safety and the safety of those around you.
